In this short post I’m going to discuss whether or not there is any truth behind some of the lemonade diet dangers circulating around the weight loss community.
As someone who spends a large percentage of their time keeping up to date by reading articles and journals from the top weight loss sources, I felt it necessary to discuss some of the major themes based on the lemonade diet dangers allegation.
With that said, I decided to talk about two specific points on conversion amongst most people in the industry.
Lemonade Diet Dangers Allegation #1: Total Reliance
Understandably the first allegation is based on the idea that people presumably would rely on the lemonade diet as being the only form of dietary intake they should take. For those who do rely only on the lemonade diet I say this…WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!

Are there any actual lemonade diet dangers we have to worry about?
After spending a long time reading all kinds of material associated to weight loss diets and in particular the lemonade diet and the major ingredients used in most supps, I was unable to find any specific danger related to direct side-effects.
