The Ease In

The ease in in made up of 3 days of eating certain foods. On the first day, you should only eat and drink 100% organic foods, making sure there are no added preservatives in anything you consume.

The second day requires you to consume only things that are blended together into either a juice, smoothly or broth of some sort.

The third day should be made up of completely orange juice, around 2 liters for best results, adding in some maple syrup to kick up the calories.

The Lemonade Diet

There are numerous recipes out there for the Lemonade Diet, however the primary ingredients should always be: fresh lemons as well as cayenne pepper powder.

It’s not the easiest thing to consume throughout the day, so your best bet is to get a hold of some lemonade diet pills. The ingredients are exactly the same, so the results won’t be any different that if you were to create the blend yourself.

The Salt Water Flush

Pretty easy thing direction to follow here and again this one ain’t gonna be fun, but you just have to do it. At the end of every day, mix 2 tables spoons of sea salt in 1 liter of water and chug the whole thing. The Ease Out

Finally once you reach the point where you’re ready to start getting your body back into it’s usually eating habits, we begin the ease out. This is pretty much the same as the ease in, however it’s just in reverse.

The first day should consist of only orange juice, the second day, fruit and vege juice/broth, the third day eating organic live foods(whole fruit and veges) and finally by the forth day you’re back to your usual diet ready to meet the world as a healthy new person!

As you can see the Master Cleanse directions are fairly basic, however most people still do struggle especially during the Lemonade Diet phase. That’s why your best bet is to get a hold of some Lemonade Diet Pills to help make this period a little less hard to manage.
